You recently traveled on a train which arrived very late, and then you faced many problems. Write a letter to the owner of the company.

In your letter, you should tell:

  • Where you were going
  • What problems you faced
  • What action you would like the owner to take




Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the time punctuation of the trains.

I booked a trip from Toronto to Montreal on 5th of this month. It was scheduled to reach Montreal at 11 in the morning. I was traveling there to attend a court hearing for an unfair job dismissal.

The train reached Montreal an hour late. For this reason, I missed my hearing and the judge ruled out my case because of my absence. Now I have to bear all the expenses of my lawyer and will never receive any compensation from my previous employer. All this because of a late train.

I am really disappointed by the service as trains are not following rules regarding time punctuality. I would like you to take immediate action and implement a system to inform customers in advance of any possible delays so they can plan their journey accordingly.
