Dear Mr. Adam,
I am writing to recommend a local group for a donation. This will help our local community as a whole in addition to our colleagues with low pay scales.
The Children Welfare group is local non-profit organization run by a couple of friends. Their goal is to eradicate illiteracy and install practical talent in the poor children of our community. They have recently run out of funds to run their latest project to construct a school for the poor children. In this respect, our company can provide them with books, sports equipment, contribute to the teacher’s salaries or furniture like chairs and tables, which can help to smooth running this great cause.
On the other hand, our company will be tremendously benefited by such contribution. As it will increase our reputation, which will in turn increase our sales. Additionally, they have promised to provide free education to the children of our lower management staff. Which will increase their morale and motivation level.
