Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complaint about the inconvenience caused due to poor quality of chairs in the theater hall.

Yesterday, I, along with my friend, went to see a movie called ‘The Mast’ in the evening show. Everything was going fine until my friend’s chair got broke down in the middle of the show, which left us all in shock as it happened very spontaneously. Fortunately, there were no injury but it could have serious consequences if the debris from the broke chair had pierced in any body parts.

The staff on the ground was quite helpful, they immediately offered us new seats, which were way more comfortable and safe. They even stopped the movie until we had settled down to new place, which made few people from the audience very unhappy.

I would be really grateful if the proper examination of arrangements is conducted before beginning of each show to ensure safety of people. In this way, such incidents, especially which can lead to chaos in the public place, can be avoided easily.

I am writing to draw your attention towards inconvenience that caused in theater due to broken chair in the hall.

I, along with my friend, went to see the movie called ‘The Mask’ in the evening show. Even after paying the full price, the quality of the seat was unsatisfactory and on complaining to staff on the ground, they advised that it will be replaced in the next show. However, my friend’s seat got broke down in the middle of the show, which had caused a lot of trouble for all the audience. Fortunately, it was a minor accident but it could have been dangerous if the broken wood from the chair had injured my friend.

Thankfully, the staff on the ground was very helpful and they offered better seats, which were more comfortable and safe. The movie was stopped until we settle down to a new place and debris were collected.

I would be really grateful, as an audience, if the seats are examined properly before the beginning of each show to avoid such incidents in the future. People’s safety should be prime focus for the theater to ensure safe and comfortable environment.
