3. 保持健康的方式

Well, off the top of my head, the first one I can think of is swimming. Actually, I believe swimming is a good way for people of all ages to establish14 a healthy lifestyle.

I’ve been crazy about swimming for almost four years. When I went to my university, every student was required to pass the swimming exam, or we wouldn’t get the relevant credits15. So I
signed up for16 a swimming class for beginners at my university. Then I gradually learned that swimming is not only beneficial for keeping fit, but also for building a daily wellness routine17.

As for how to keep fit through swimming, well…it’s really important to stick to practicing on a regular basis, otherwise you’ll pretty much waste all your efforts. So I go swimming about twice a week. After the swimming classes, I often went to a swimming center that’s within walking distance of our university. I practiced my swimming skills there pretty often.

In terms of why it can help me stay healthy, well, first of all, swimming can do wonders for18 building body shape. It involves the activity of each and every muscle of my body, which strengthens the body and promotes good health19. Besides, now I usually live a sedentary lifestyle;I mean, I’m always tied-up with work and study. So swimming is a great way for me to chill out.
