I’m going to talk about a child I saw on a TV show. I was struck by him. The TV show was called “Chinese Poetry Congress”. It mainly judges competitors to see who knows and has memorized the most Chinese poems. The participants are between five and seventy years old. The child I’m talking about was the youngest gamer on the show. But he knew a lot about Chinese poems. He was also the funniest one on the show.
The adults usually answer questions seriously. But the boy asked the host to give him a hint199 when he couldn’t think of the answer . And later, when he was bored, he couldn’t sit still in his seat200. He started walking around on the stage. Even the host of the program didn’t know what to do with him. That made the whole situation even funnier. The little boy was so cute.
His performance made me laugh so hard.I’m a big fan of this TV show, but this was the first time I laughed so hard that I cried201. I actually watched all of the series at once. None of the episodes202 were as funny as this one. I mean, who would ask the host to give an answer in a game show? He didn’t even care that everyone was laughing at him. I still laugh when I remember that scene203.
199 give him a hint:给他答案,暗示他一下

201 laughed so hard that I cried:笑哭
202 None of the episodes:没有任何一集,episode /’epɪsəʊd/
