49. 常做的帮助工作/学习的事情
I usually like doing things by following a schedule273. So, when it comes to something helpful to my work and study, off the top of my head, the first one I can think of is making a to-do list274. I do it almost every day.
I’ve been keeping this habit for years. And I’ve found it quite beneficial for my study. To be specific, before starting my study, I write down everything I need to do in the morning. And then I rank those things from the most important to the least275. After that, I do things one by one as ordered. You know, recently I’ve been preparing for the IELTS test. So every morning I make a list of the tasks that I need to do on that day. That way, I never feel stressed.
So, for me, I feel like the to-do list helps me improve my productivity. After I sort out276 all the things I need to do, I’m more focused on finishing them one by one. It’s really helpful for me to be more concentrated277.
Plus, planning things beforehand lets me do more things in a limited time. Now I basically never put things off278. By the way, I feel pretty fulfilled279 every time I check off an item I finished280 on the to-do list.
