Dear Sisi,
Hope this letter finds you well. Yes of course, you can stay at my apartment during my absence and you can get the keys from my next-door neighbor. You may need to visit him in the evening since he is working at a shop during day time.
You can use my visitor’s room which you stayed during the last visit. Furthermore, you may need to turn on the main electrical switch since I normally switch it off when I go out for a long period. Additionally, can you please put your litter and garbage into a garbage bag which you can find the near the kitchen door? Please keep the bag in the corridor that will be taken away by the apartment cleaning staff. They normally come around 9 in the morning.
Can you please arrange a taxi for me on my arrival to pick me up at the airport? I will be coming on 29 June and the flight will land at 10 am.
