Usually, I tend to go to library to do some reading and writing when I am alone. The library in my university lies beside a lake near our teaching buildings. It is a white building with 5 floors height. As a matter of fact, almost every Saturday afternoon, I love to go there and read for a while. I usually go there alone but sometimes I go there with my roommates when they are free. Moreover, while reading or writing in the library, my mindset is the most placid (平静的） and calm，as if I a rivulet (小溪），meandering smoothly through pastures (蜿蜒地流过牧场）.

I love reading books of real worth, and my reading is of very wide range. So, I benefit a lot from it as reading improves my writing skills. Furthermore, I like reading with no distractions. Libraries are quiet, as well as tranquil(宁静的）.It’s quite different from noisy accommodations. There are a variety of books of every genre（类型） in the library, and I’m able to read whatever I would like to read. Moreover, reading in the library helps me focus my mind, especially if I am little bit tired. Generally, I would read for about an hour and keep working on my essays until I am hungry to go home for a dinner.

I really believe going to library is one of the happiest activities of my life. Therefore, Fd like to maintain this habit in the future.
