I believe a healthy lifestyle is one in which you have a good diet and find time to engage (从事）in a lot of exercises. A good example of this is that of my friend Sarah. Sarah was always into playing sports and activities when she was a child and has continued the practice into her adulthood. She has been encouraging me to do the same, so we play sports together now, particularly badminton. We meet up (在…见面）at the local sport centre each week and play a couple hours of badminton with our friends. On top of this (重要的是）Sarah encourages me to try as many new sports as possible and to always eat a sensible (明智的）and balanced diet.
I think this is very healthy because exercise is important. Badminton is a particularly good way to exercise. As it is a very popular sport in China and therefore it is very easy to find places to play badminton and people to play with. Furthermore, badminton is also not a very physically demanding sport. This means it is an easier way for people to exercise without risk of over exerting or injuring (受伤）themselves. Exercise is very good for keeping people in good shape (保持身形）and ensuring (保证）a healthy heart. It has also been proven to improve a person^ mental health as well. Therefore, I think exercise is the most important aspect of living healthily.
