I was recently babysitting （临时当保姆）for my neighbour （aunt） while she and her husband went out for business. She has one child, Michael, who is 7 years old and he is perhaps one of the funniest children I have ever met. While I was babysitting him in their living room, we decided to play some games to pass the time. Thomas is very fond of impersonations （模仿） so we impersonated some famous celebrities and animals to pass the time. Thomas impersonated a wide range of different animals and each was funnier than the last. He impersonated a monkey, then a dog and finally a pig which was the funniest impersonation of them all.

The reason why I laughed so much was Thomas committed to each impersonation with all his heart. He gave the impersonations so much energy that they were very convincing. Whilst being a pig, he would walk around slowly on all fours （四肢着地）,snorting （哼着鼻子） loudly from time to time. I thought this was an absolutely brilliant impersonation and he had me rolling on the floor with laughter. I think often children can be the best comedians as they are not held back by inhibitions （被压抑） as many adults are. I could not imagine an adult acting the role of a pig with as much commitment as Thomas had shown. The absurdity （搞笑） of his actions was absolutely hilarious （滑稽）.We had a really lovely evening together.
