What do people use computers for?

People can do so many things with a computer that is connected to the internet. In fact, the extent of what people could do with a computer goes beyond one’s imagination. On one end of the spectrum, there are interesting and inspiring online media contents that are good for learning and personal growth, but boring contents can also go viral, like streaming themselves sleeping or just eating food. Each subgroup can find their own niche on the internet, fulfilling their expectations and expressing their emotions.

Should students be allowed to use computers at school?

Yes, allowing computers in schools could have many various benefits for the students. Students will be able to thrive because of the easy access they will have to the computers. With the computers, students will have more efficient note taking, be more organized with school work and last but not least, students will enjoy using the computers. Many schools are starting to use computers as part of their learning programs and so far many students benefited from it.

What do you think of people who are addicted to playing computers?

I feel sorry for them. Computer addiction can affect both the development and wellbeing of people. Any parents who are concerned should seek professional help and advice, whether that is hiring a counsellor or going to your GP. Gaming addiction is not something to be taken lightly and can have a devastating emotional impact

Do you think computers make our life simpler or more complex?

I think computers have made our lives both easier in many regards but still complicated because of the many issues that arise with computers. Granted, many things from planning a vacation to paying bills are much more convenient and quicker now, but computers are far from perfect and do present many issues when we depend on them too much.
