During the last Spring Festival, my friend Lucy and I thought it would be a nice idea to take a trip to Sanya and spend some time there. Sanya is a very popular tourist attraction for many people in China as it is the only tropical island in the whole of China. Therefore, it has beautiful weather and some of the best diving in the country. So many tourists visit Sanya every year. Lucy and I had a wonderful time while we were there. Just before we left, we decided to buy some things from the duty-free shop to commemorate (用作纪念）the journey. In the dutyfree I found a very beautiful long dress, it was bright red with delicate black vertical strips (竖纹）.It was abrand that I liked very much but it is very expensive in hometown’s shop. However, I surprisingly found that it is much cheaper in this duty-free shop, so it was very lucky to find it in Sanya.

One of the reasons I love this dress is because every time I wear it, I am reminded of the holiday Lucy and I spent in Sanya. There are so many lovely memories from the holiday and I was really happy while in Sanya. The dress always brings these feelings back to me. I have taken many lovely photos of myself in this dress and I won the praise of many of my friends when I shared them in Wechat. This makes the dress feel really special to me.
