I think at the moment the most popular food throughout the world is fast food. So American fast foods such as burgers and fries you can find in pretty much any country in the world. There are global corporations such as McDonalds and KFC which have franchises all over the world. This is because fast food is popular no matter what country you are in. I do not think this is a very good thing as fast food is unhealthy and bad for people.

2. Why do people use imported products?

The main reason people use imported products is because they believe^he products are superior to ones that come from the local environment. For example, most of the world that beef from South America tastes better than beef from anywhere else in the world.Therefore, huge amounts of beef is imported into countries all around the world from South America. Additionally, imported goods are sometimes a lot cheaper than ones which are locally sourced.

3. Why do people living in different regions like food?

The foods we enjoy eating are largely determined by the types of food we ate when we were young children and growing Therefore,it is common that people in different regions prefer to eat the food that comes from that region. These can be very different foods as different regions have different vegetables] .meats and spices. Especially in the past when regions were less connected, the foods of different regions were very unique and unlike each other.

4. Do different places have their own popular products?

Yes, different places each have their own favourite and popular products. This is normally because there are things in some regions which are not available in other regions so they are only popular there. For example, roast duck is an extremely popular product in the Beijing region but in other places it is not as popular. Furthermore, sometimes there are strange fads and fashion trends that become very popular in specific places but do not spread that far.
