  1. Do you think it is a good thing that a leader likes taking risks?

It is important that a leader is able to take risks, but it is equally important that a leader knows when to play it safe. Being a good leader is all about making the right decisions that are best for the people you lead. Sometimes this means taking risks, so it is a good thing if a leader is able to take risks. However, risks can also be very dangerous and result in bad situations, so it is not good if a leader takes too many risks.

  1. Do you think men and women would make a different choice about risk-taking? What about the young and the old?

I do not think men and women make different choices about risk taking. I think people are more likely to take risks based on their life experience. For example, mothers and fathers are both less likely to take risks than adults without children because they have more responsibilities. Similarly, I think young people are more likely to take risks than older people because young people have less responsibilities in life and so are more likely to live recklessly. Furthermore, experience often teaches older people to live more cautiously.
