  1. How do students relax themselves?

There are many different ways students relax themselves dependent on the person. I think that introverts and extroverts have very different ways of trying to relax. Introverts like to spend time with themselves doing their favourite hobbies. This may be reading a book, cooking nice meals or even spending time on their favourite apps. In contrast, extroverts prefer to go out, see friends, or enjoy social events. Relaxing is about doing things that make you happy with your free time.

  1. What activities do employers organize to help employees relax?

It is important for employers to have relaxed employees as this creates a better work environment. Some things they can do to help employees relax is to have organized breaks throughout the day and to have a common room in which people can make tea, relax for a bit and have conversations. It is important for the work environment to not be too serious or it may feel hostile and stress people out. Also, stress can be very detrimental to health, and it is important to look after your staff.

  1. Do people nowadays have more days to relax than in the past?

I do not think people nowadays have more days to relax than in the past. In the modem world, the work environment is incredibly competitive and difficult. Therefore, people have to work very hard and long hours to try and make it in the world. Often people work overtime or take work home to do through the weekend to try and get to the top of their profession. I feel like in the past jobs were more secure and people felt comfortable taking time off to relax and enjoy themselves.

  1. Do you think natural scenery is more helpful than indoor activities?

In my opinion natural scenery is more helpful at relieving stress than indoor activities, but this is just a personal opinion. For me, I find beautiful scenery and the natural world incredibly relaxing. When I am looking at an idyllic scene, I feel calm and can feel all the stress leaving my body. However, I do also enjoy indoor activities and having fun with my friends and family. I understand how this can be a good way of relieving stress as well. But for me, I would rather be surrounded by nature.
