1. How should young people perform on their first jobs?

It is very important that young people perform professionally and enthusiastically on their first jobs. One’s first job is their first step towards a new life and, therefore, it is important to set good standard for oneself. A young person should always arrive early and work very hard. This way they will make a good impression to their employer and it will be more likely that they earn a promotion. habits we develop when we are young continue late into adulthood.

2. How can people improve their job performance?

The best way a person can improve their job performance is by adoptin proactive attitude. For example, a person should always be early to work and donmore than just the work that is set for them. A proactive attitude will encourage people to compkte work before deadlines and to think of ways to labilities. These habits will improve their job performance and could likely earn them a promotion.

3. What skill set should a manager have?

The most important skill a mailageraiould have is leadership. A manager should be the type of person that can command a%eamtei people to complete a task effectively and efficiently. Without strong leadership a company cm often fall into disarray. On top of leadership, effective managers should also haw jood communication skills, be empathetic and be assertive. These qualities will allow a leader to work will with their team, resolve and conflicts and get the job done.

4. Do you think what you have learned in university is going to help in your future job?

The skills and knowledge that I learned in university will definitely help me in my future job. The subject I studied was economics and this study has given me a particular skill set and knowledge which sets me apart from other people in society. This makes it much easier to find a job and to progress through that job. Furthermore, my time at university also taught me essential communication skills and time management skills, both of which are very advantageous to job performance.
